Cancellations by Indian customer
We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.
- Cancellations of Cash on Delivery orders has to be done strictly within 24hrs of an order being placed. Please reach out to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp at +91 9512014111 with your order number.
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
- The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Salescart and accept The Salescart’s decision regarding the cancellation.
- We endeavour to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
- As a policy, we do not offer refunds on products. If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please send it back to us with your order no. After sending the product back to us, & delivered to us we shall send you a fresh piece. We don’t have reverse pick up facility. Please send your product back to address below.

- Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at the pictures before ordering. You can also WhatsApp us to know details about the product if needed.
- Return not accepted if customer does not like the Cloth Material of the dress. Please read the description before ordering as the fabric type is mentioned.
- Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- No Refund, Return & Exchange For The 999 Store
- All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
- ALL ITEMS OF SALE SECTION ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NON EXCHANGEABLE, PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
- All the purchases will be non-refundable.
- EXCHANGE WITH A DIFFERENT SIZE OR GARMENT ONCE PER ORDER.
- Validity of gift vouchers and voucher issued for exchange will be of 6 months.
- Please use the store credit in one go while placing the order. No new store credit will be issued in any circumstances.
- Clothes which are customized, as per the instructions of the customers will not be eligible for exchange or return
- size exchange is available (If the garment size doesn’t fit you at all , you can send it for exchange and request for a different size. The courier charges will be borne by the customer for the same)
- product exchange (in case of product exchange, the customer is eligible to shop for any alternative products from our page equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost).

- Customers have to bear the shipping cost of sending the product back to us for the exchange. The new exchanged product will then be sent to you at 150/- rupees extra shipping cost.
- For international orders, the customer is himself responsible to bear the to and FRO shipping cost for the exchange.
- For international orders- In case you would like us to ship the exchanged product locally in India to avoid the additional international shipping fee, we can do the same free of cost.
- Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect, then the garment should be sent back to us (address given below).
- The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the garment you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
- Please write a note with your order no and size required for the dress.
- If a product is wrongly delivered to you, or there is some manufacturing defect from our end please send it back to us as we don't have reverse pick up facility, we will refund your courier charges.( We will issue refund of Rs.100/- maximum for courier charges, we advise our clients to go with a feasible courier company)
- 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
- For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery.
- The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
- Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
- The garment should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it.
- Also the garment should be properly fold and packed. Else we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
- Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
- All the sale & discounted purchase is non exchangeable.
- Exchanges can be processed only once per order. (With given criteria)
(Exchanges should be done within a week of delivery)
